Privacy Policy

Updated September 25, 2026

This policy explains what personal information we handle when you use this website or contact us, why we use it, who helps us process it and the choices you have.

1. Who is responsible

WeGrowAnySite is operated by ARCHON 8 LTD (company number 14445522), a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales. ARCHON 8 LTD is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

For questions about this policy or to make a privacy request, email us:

You can also write to us by post for privacy matters: ARCHON 8 LTD, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.

2. Information we handle

What you give us through the inquiry form

  • Your name, email address, website address and message.
  • The page or business category the form was sent from.

What we record when handling your inquiry

  • An inquiry reference, the time it was sent, and follow-up notes, status and history added by the people handling it.
  • Where an inquiry is submitted, a limited set of details recorded with it: campaign tags present in the page address (source, medium, campaign, content and term), the hostname of the website that referred you, and the page you submitted from.
  • Identifiers used to recognize duplicate submissions, brief operational and error records, and email-based counters used to prevent abuse of the form.

Inquiry records do not contain your raw IP address. Like any website, our hosting receives connection details such as your IP address and browser information, and keeps technical request logs, in order to deliver and protect the site.

Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information (for example about health) through this short inquiry form.

3. Why we use it and our legal bases

  • Responding to your inquiry and discussing proposed work. Where you ask us about work for yourself, this is to take steps at your request before a possible contract. Where you contact us on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to you.
  • Organizing and following up inquiries. Our legitimate interests in running our business.
  • Understanding which pages and campaign links lead to inquiries. Our legitimate interests in improving the website.
  • Preventing abuse and protecting the site. Our legitimate interests in keeping the website and form working safely.
  • Legal obligations. Only if and when a relevant obligation arises.

Sending an inquiry does not sign you up to marketing. This website has no newsletter signup and runs no automated marketing campaigns. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. Routine spam checks on the form are not such decisions.

4. Where inquiries go and who processes them

Submitted forms are stored in WeGrowAnySite’s private database, hosted on Lovable Cloud, for ARCHON 8 LTD. They are not public. Authorized personnel handling this brand may access them for the purposes above.

  • Lovable Cloud provides website hosting, the database, staff sign-in and the sending of emails about your inquiry (a confirmation to you and a notification to us) using Supabase-based infrastructure.
  • Cal.com schedules any call you choose to book, using your name, email address and chosen time; the meeting is held on Zoom and the appointment is kept in our Google Calendar.
  • Proton Mail provides our team mailbox. It receives and stores notifications about new inquiries and handles direct email correspondence when you write to our contact address.

5. Where information is processed

Our primary inquiry database is located in Ireland. Transactional emails about your inquiry are sent through Lovable Cloud, while our team mailbox correspondence is handled through Proton Mail; Proton’s privacy policy describes storage in Switzerland, Germany and Norway.

Hosting and support services can involve processing outside your country. Lovable’s published data processing agreement describes the transfer safeguards it uses, including standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum, and its subprocessor list names the providers involved. If you have questions about transfer safeguards, contact us using the email address above.

6. Cookies and browser storage

This website has no advertising pixels, marketing cookies or visitor analytics tools installed. Campaign tags are recorded only with a submitted inquiry, not used to build advertising profiles.

The public inquiry form does not save your entries in browser storage. Staff sign-in uses essential local storage on the staff sign-in page and staff desk only.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information only for as long as we need it: to respond to your inquiry and any discussion you have asked us to continue, to carry out work we have agreed with you, and to meet legal obligations or deal with a dispute. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or anonymize it.

We apply the same necessity-based retention approach to technical and anti-abuse records. Deletion from backups follows the relevant provider’s backup lifecycle; information retained in backups is not used for day-to-day business.

To ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to how we use it, email us:

8. Your rights and how to make a request

To make a request, email us: Please help us identify your inquiry, for example by the email address you used, without sending more personal information than necessary. We may ask for proportionate verification before releasing information.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access and receive a copy of your information, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict its use and to data portability.

Right to object. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to our use of your information.

We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or to another relevant regulator where applicable. You do not have to contact us first, although we would welcome the chance to help.

9. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If we materially change how we handle personal information, we will update this policy before that change takes effect.
