2. What we do

We provide human-led SEO and hands-on organic growth, as scoped for each client. That typically means assessing organic search and customer needs, agreeing SEO, technical, on-page and content improvements, implementing them within the access agreed with you, and reviewing the evidence.

The pages about different kinds of business describe approaches, not fixed packages. Advertising, website rebuilds and specialist work are not automatically included.

3. Inquiries

Sending an inquiry is not a purchase, an accepted instruction, reserved capacity or a confirmed engagement. No fee arises from submitting an inquiry.

A paid engagement is confirmed only when its scope, responsibilities, fees and any ongoing commitment have been expressly agreed in writing.

4. Scope and pricing

Any engagement will be set out in a written proposal or engagement agreement identifying the deliverables, exclusions, schedule, dependencies and access, responsibilities and review points. Changes to the scope require agreement from both sides.

5. Payments and cancellation

Paid engagements are quoted individually. For any paid work, the payment schedule, currency, applicable taxes, cancellation or termination arrangements and any refund arrangements will be provided and agreed in writing before the engagement begins.

6. Your materials and intellectual property

You keep your rights in the materials you provide to us. You need to have the authority to provide them and to let us use them. We use them to assess and carry out the work you have requested or agreed.

Rights and licensing in commissioned deliverables, our pre-existing tools and third-party materials are set out in the written engagement agreement.

The content of this website is subject to its owners’ rights. You are welcome to browse and read it normally.

7. Expectations and responsibility

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, lead volume, revenue or a timetable for results. Search platforms, competition, wider business factors and client decisions all affect outcomes.

Our responsibility for agreed work is governed by the written engagement agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Using this website

Please do not attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems, interfere with its operation, or send malicious or abusive submissions.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience; those sites are operated separately and have their own terms.

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Updates do not retrospectively change an engagement already agreed in writing.
